The built-in frontend application saves different information about the user configurations like favorites, column configurations, splitter positions etc. This part describes those settings and locations in the data where they are stored.

 Setting types:

Column Configurations

Every change of column sizes, order, visibility, grouping or aggregation is stored per screen section.

ProfileId

Users profile id (BusinessPartner.Id of the currently logged-on user).

FormPanelIdScreen section Id. You can see it in Architect when you open a screen definition, select the screen section and look at the Id property in the Property Grid.
SettingsDataAn XML string with all the configurations for the current user.

Usage scenarios

By multiplying the records with the same data for different users you can preset column configuration for these users.

Favorites

Whenever the user adds an item or folder to favorites the following information are stored.

ConfigXmlFavorites data (contains information about custom folders, favorite items and their order).

Usage scenarios

By multiplying the records with the same data for different users you can preset favorites configuration for these users.

User Defined Filters

Whenever the user saves a filter an entry is stored to the following tables.
